What Can I make from a Dollar Tree Handbag Part 3

Well can you guess what I have made this time? I bet you can't! Since I no longer have a baby I doubt you would think that I would make some baby shoes, but sure enough I have and they turned out adorable. I found the pattern on Here on Prudent Baby so if you want to make some go there for the pattern.

So what do you think? I think they turned out adorable. I added a Blanket Stitch around the top of the shoe and then these knit flower's which I will show how I made....

For each flower I cut out three small circular pieces of knit (I just used an old tank). Needle and thread and a small pearl bead for each flower.

Stack three knit circles on top of eachother...

Bring your needle and thread through all three circles just off the middle...

Sew an X shape and pull the thread tight to make your circles bunch up and look more like a flower...

Sew a bead on the top of your flower in the middle then just sew them on your shoes or whatever you would like.

Can you believe I made these from a dollar store handbag and I still have plenty of the pleather or vinyl left for another project.

Come back and see what else I make from the handbag!

Check out the parties I link to button at top of the page!
