I am so excited to be doing a review for Noodles and Milk today. When Sabrina asked if I would like to do a pattern review I of course said yes and she told me to pick any pattern I was so excited. So right away I went to her Etsy Shop and took a look around and knew that the pattern I wanted to try was the Sadie Dress pattern.
Adorable!!!!
Sabrina sent the pattern to my email all I had to do was download it and print it out. Once you print it out there are pattern pieces that you will cut out tape together, easy peasy!
The dress was very easy to make there is a full picture tutorial of each step. I would definitely recommend Noodles and Milk patterns to anyone looking for great children patterns to sew. Even beginning sewers can sit down with the tutorials and make a cute outfit.
The one down side I had my daughter wears a 6 or a 7 but she is on the petite side. I was going to alter the pattern but for the review I decided to just sew the largest size and see how it fit her.
I think it turned out pretty cute so it didn't end up being much of a down side. I think it is even long enough to be a dress on her, I thought she would have to wear it as a shirt. You could customize this pattern so many way's. I can't wait to make another and shorten it so it is more of a shirt.
