I had originally had this on another blog that I am going to be getting rid of. There is no point having a separate blog for my crochet projects. I don't know what I was thinking. I'm a little crazy I know. Making things a little simpler now. So I will be adding what I had over there to here. Hope you all enjoy some crochet! I Love it! This little flower is made with a twist. Great for accessories, add it to a hat, bag, clothing, headband add an alligator clip, use it to dress up flip flops so many possibilities.
To start off grab your supplies:
Yarn of choice ( I used two colors).
J/10-(6.0) hook
ch 2 or make a Magic Ring
Rnd 1: 6 sc in the second ch from the hook, or in the magic ring. If using two colors fasten off
Rnd 2: pull up a loop with second color in any sc. ch 3 *sl st in next sc, ch 3* Repeat from * to * around (6 ch 3 loops).
Rnd 3: sl st and 6 dc in first ch 3 loop, twist the petal made
*sl st and 6 dc in next ch three loop, twist * repeat from *to* around. Fasten off and weave in ends. (6 twisted petals)
